Transferring Files the Easy Way
Transferring files between sites has become much simpler with the use of Web Folders.
Web Folders enable you to transfer information (files and folders) between your computer and the Pristine Solutions remote Web Server over a network connection in a secure environment.
Web Folders also support Windows authentication (a method for helping to verify the identity of a user), which can help protect your password when you are logging on to a Web server that also supports Windows authentication.
We will send you your own unique Web Folder Address for you to use along with a User Name and Password to enable you to connect to the Web Folder.
Windows 2000; Windows 98 Second Edition; Windows ME;
Windows Server 2003 OR Windows XP.

Please ensure Community Care is closed before zipping any files.
In Internet Explorer connect to your web Folder using your own unique Web Folder Address and Log On with your user name and password.
Open the Folders pane by clicking the Folders icon on the Toolbar.
You can add your Web Folder to your Favourites list by choosing Add to Favourites from the Favourites menu.
Upload your zip file(s) by dragging and dropping them onto your Web Folder. Internet Explorer will then copy the file to the Web Folder for you.
Delete any zip files you created as they are no longer needed.
Downloading a File from a Web Folder.
